European elm is an extraordinary timber prized for its rich amber-to-copper core and flowing growth rings. It introduces dramatic visual depth, becoming the focal architectural statement in modern interiors.
Unlike straight-grained hardwoods, elm features cross-locked fibers that offer exceptional resistance to splitting and surface cracking. This unique structural density provides reliable integrity under heavy domestic foot traffic.
Finished with heavy-duty multi-layer clear lacquer to lock in the deep natural pigments of elm. The sealed coating safeguards the surface from spills, scratches, and household wear without muting wood grain contrast.
Crafted to your precise architectural dimensions. From classic straight flights to complex geometric winders and wide landings, every elm tread is machined and hand-finished for seamless installation on metal, wood, or concrete.
